Role Purpose

As Industrial Engineering Leader, you will drive AI-enabled industrial engineering strategies across Music Tribe’s manufacturing operations, balancing efficiency, agility, and quality.

4.5 practices, and embed smart manufacturing solutions across the organization.

What You’ll Do

- Lead global industrial engineering strategy, IE

4.5 deployment, and smart manufacturing initiatives.

- Drive AI and digital tools adoption to optimize production, layouts, workflows, and resource utilization.

- ollaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and R&D teams to improve cross-functional value streams.

- Standardize processes, establish KPIs, dashboards, and visual management tools for performance tracking.

- Implement lean, automated, and scalable solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

- Mentor and develop IE team members to build a high-performance engineering culture.
