Main Task
1. Recruitment and configuration: Assist in recruitment execution, resume screening, talent search, etc
2. Training and development: training support, internal and external training landing, docking training needs.
3. Corporate culture: Organize various staff activities and support the docking of activity plans; Event announcement, public number release, etc
And other human resources modules, such as: performance pay, employee relations, etc.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, 211 or 985 university is preferred, human resources major is preferred.
2. Familiar with the use of office software, Word, Excel, PPT; Certain design ability is preferred.
3. English can be used as a working language, good organization, coordination and communication skills, initiative, extroversion, toughness.
