Financial Controller财务管理师

Reporting directly to our CFO in Stockholm and the GM in Shanghai, the Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing all finance-related activities in our China operations. In this role, the Financial Controller will work closely with our local and global finance teams, as well as other senior leaders within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing the accounting and financial reporting processes for the China operations, ensuring that they are accurate, timely, and compliant with local laws and regulations.

- Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures, as well as ensuring their compliance across all functions of the organization.

- Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the China operations, as well as providing regular updates and analysis to senior management.

- Conducting financial analysis and modeling to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.

- Managing cash flow, working capital, and foreign exchange risk, ensuring that all financial activities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

- Leading the development and implementation of internal controls, accounting systems, and reporting processes, as well as ensuring their accuracy and integrity.

- Communicating financial insights to senior management, including performance metrics, forecasts, and risk assessments.

- Working closely with the local and global teams to manage tax and audit compliance, as well as ensuring that all local legal and regulatory requirements are met.

- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.

- Providing support to the CFO and GM on strategic initiatives and special projects, as required.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, or a related field.

- At least 8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related fields, with a focus on managing financial activities in China.

-In-depth knowledge of Chinese GAAP, tax, and regulatory frameworks.

- Prior experience in a manufacturing or automotive industry would be an advantage.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
