Report to Carel Suzhou project manager of power electronics solutions department.

Functional relationships

Work closely with HQ R&D inverter department

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES

Design new main circuit and electronic circuits for inverter products.

Design and select new electrical and electronic parts according to the requirement.

Support the localization of electrical and electronic components.

Review the design and test reports done by junior engineers.

Work closely with HQ R&D inverter team in terms of projects, process and production.

PERSONAL REQUIREMENT

Education

Bachelor’s degree or above, power electronics or automation major

Working experience

5 years of working experience in power electronics design

Experienced in inverter or power electronics products

Skill & Knowledge

Strong power electronics design knowledge and trouble-shooting ability

Experienced in EMC design and main circuit dimensioning

Familiar with circuit simulation and electronic manufacturing process

Good communication skills and teamwork mindset

Strong will to learn new technologies, and open-minded

Knowledge in quality control and statistics is preferred

Fluent English is preferred
