Tasks/Responsibilities
1. Manages and supervises the Sales Management org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
2. Envisions entrepreneurial innovations, aimed to bottom line improvement by developing the org unit and its services
3. Designs and leads global initiatives with regard to Sales Management
4. Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
5. Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
6. Manages and supervises multiple org units within Sales Management
7. Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
8. Functional accountability for Sales Management on global level
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above, major in Marketing
2. Very good English (written and spoken) is mandatory
3. At least 8 years of experience in sales function in automotive industry
4. Experience in Account Development/customer relationship management/competitive analysis/business acumen/marketing and sales strategies
5. Strong skills in Planning/Data Analysis/Contract Analysis/Presentation/Cost benefit analysis
6. Excellent MS office skills
7. Willingness for Travel
