供应链经理

- Manage customer services, material purchase, material handling including logistic, customs, forwarding, packing, WH and so on;

- Select, coach and train subordinates, allocate jobs within the department, Ensure the development and management plan for training the involved staff on the processes of the supply chain. Full responsibility on Supply Chain expenses budget;

- Monitor and communicate the results of KPI of the supply chain;

- Select and develop the competitive outsourcing suppliers to achieve the productivity, quality, cost saving and delivery optimization.

工作内容：

负责供应链的管理，包括策略规划、组织供应链运营、资源调配等，以确保供应链的稳定运作和高效协同。具体职责如下：

- 组织供应链运营：负责公司的供应链流程设计、实施和优化，确保供应链的各个环节的高效运作。

- 资源调配：定期对公司的供应链资源进行评估，确保供应链资源的有效运用。

- 成本控制：负责公司供应链成本的管理，优化供应链成本结构，降低成本支出。

- 供应链合作管理：负责公司供应链合作伙伴的管理和维护，确保供应链合作伙伴的质量和效率。

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree, business management, trading is preferred

- At least 5 years working experiences in WFO company in Supply Chain management

- Strategy thinking and Excellent Analysis Skills

- Excellent Fluent Oral/Written English

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Excellent problem solving skills

- Excellent team working skills

- IT skills and SAP/Navision Knowledge

职位要求：

- 本科及以上学历，供应链相关对口专业，及贸易专业优先考虑

- 15年以上供应链经验，5年以上供应链管理经验，泛有在大型制造企业或供应链领域有丰富经历的候选人, 以及对生产计划和需求计划有管理经验的候选人，则优先考虑。

- 熟悉供应链管理理论知识，具备良好的供应链战略制定和实施能力。

- 熟悉供应链流程，具备良好的供应链运营能力。

- 具备较强的沟通协调能力，能够有效地与公司内部和供应链合作伙伴进行沟通和协调。

- 具备数据分析和决策能力，能够对供应链数据进行分析和挖掘，为供应链决策提供依据。

- 英语听说读写流利

- 熟悉SAP操作系统
