Finance / Accounting

87 Holistic Financial Understanding to oversee all finance functions incl. month / year end closing.

87 Be responsible for month and year end closing for your entities in close cooperation with your head of Finance of the Business Unit and shared service centre.

Compliance & Risk

87 Be champion for the internal control system and compliance; act as a role model in values and business ethics

87 Manage key external relationships with banks, auditors, advisors and joint venture partners

87 Ensure rollout and improvement cycles for the internal control system and internal audit follow-ups

87 Act as a local chief compliance officer for your entity

87 Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, tax and regulatory obligations and requirements

requirment：

87 Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field

87 Advantageous to have CPA/CMA/CA (or similar) qualification, or proven experience in financial accounting

87 5 years’ experience in a financial or consultancy role within a multinational organisation

87 Experience in business planning, financial planning (forecasting/budgeting) & analysis

87 Effective communication skills

87 Proficient English and Chinese written and verbal communication

87 The ability to simplify a financial message to non-finance stakeholders

87 Evidence of acting as a strategic business partner through influencing and interacting with key stakeholders across a matrix organization.
