61 Take full responsibility of assigned operations, incl. ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day business, constantly driving for operational excellence according to STARTEAM's culture parameters.
61 Lead, coach and motivate a strong Foundational IT team, share information and facilitate communication. Drive for individual as well as team excellence, embracing high-performance, customer orientation and enjoyment.
61 Exercise full leadership authority in assigned department, incl. development, appraisal, recruitment, termination and other personnel actions.
61 Create specific and measurable goals for the team and individuals and manage to those goals.
61 Identify and close gaps, manage risk and lead change in order to meet business objectives and operational needs, with positive impact beyond own department.
61 Provide value-added expertise to assigned department to grasp opportunities and solve issues as departmental escalation level.
61 Responsible for establishing, maintaining and optimizing (department) SOPs, WI and other related guidelines.
61 Build strong and collaborative partnerships with C-Suite, peers, employees and other departments to share information, optimize processes and identify opportunities for improvement based on business needs.
61 Develop, report and improve effective KPIs for Foundational IT operations
