主要职责:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. 负责领导和指导团队进行耗材和仪器研发项目，确保项目的顺利推进和高质量完成。

Lead and guide the team in the R&D projects related to instrument and consumable within the chromatography industry, ensuring smooth progress and high-quality completion.

2. 设计、规划和执行相关研发计划，确保符合公司战略目标和市场需求。

Design, plan, and execute relevant R&D plans that align with the company's strategic goals and market demands.

3. 领导团队进行新产品的研发和创新，确保产品符合行业标准和客户期望。

Lead the team in the development of new products and innovation, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer expectations.

4. 领导研发团队完成新成品设计及老产品升级;

Lead R&D team to design new product and upgrade old products.

5. 作为公司管理层团队成员之一，推动公司业务增长，高效执行公司战略。

As a member of company management team, drive business growth and execute company strategies.

6. 与其他部门合作，推动项目的跨职能团队协作，确保项目的整体成功。

Collaborate with other departments to facilitate cross-functional team cooperation, ensuring the overall success of projects.

7. 确保团队的技术储备和知识水平不断提升，通过培训和发展计划提高团队整体素质。

Ensure continuous improvement of the team's technical expertise and knowledge through training and development programs.

8. 完成上级交给的其他工作;

Other work assigned from the supervisor.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

1. 本科及以上学历，化学、生物化学或相关专业背景。

Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.

2. 10以上工作经验，尤其在色谱行业有丰富的研发经验，熟悉色谱仪器耗材及相关技术。

Above 10 years working experience, especially extensive R&D experience in the chromatography industry, familiar with chromatography instruments, consumables, and related technologies.

3. 具备卓越的团队领导和项目管理能力，能够有效推动团队目标的实现。

Excellent team leadership and project management skills, capable of effectively driving team goals.

4. 对行业发展趋势有敏锐的洞察力，能够制定创新的研发战略。

Keen insight into industry trends, capable of formulating innovative R&D strategies.
