1. Education Background 教育背景

Bachelor or above degree in Chemistry Science, preferably in leather and related industry.

化学专业本科及以上学历，皮革及相关专业尤佳。

2. Relevant Working Experience 工作经验

Above 5 years independent PSD/PSR experience of chemical industry.

5年以上化工行业PSD/PSR工作经验。

Know well about chemical product regulation in APAC region.

熟知中国，东南亚及南亚区域的化学产品合规要求。

Multinational company work experience.

跨国企业工作经历

English language capability, good in oral and writing.

良好的英语读写技能

Computer skills, Microsoft Office and SAP is must.

良好的电脑操作技能，会使用微软Office及SAP

Job Responsibilities 工作职责 :

1.Support the Corporate Product Stewardship with the local requirements in APAC region, e.g. local registration scheme, GHS and transport regulations, import/exports restrictions (chemical weapons, drug precursors…).

保障APAC区域的PSD产品合规需求，例如，当地新物质登记，GHS和运输合规要求，进出口限制（化武，易制毒等）

2.Monitor new regulation implementation and changing with regulation in APAC region, communicate with global PSD in time.

关注APAC区域的新法规实施和变更，及时与总部PSD沟通。

3.Deal with issues with local authorities about product, e.g. customs clearance, safety management, EPA.

跟进处理跟产品相关的政府部门事务，例如，海关产品清报关，安全监察（应急管理）部门，环保部门。

4.Support the corporate function in the approval of raw materials and finished products, taking care to enter all the relevant data into our software (SAP/EHS).

维护新原料新产品准入流程，并导入管理软件系统。

5.Support documents request in APAC region, e.g. RSL, custom form, MSDS, label request from AP and China.

保障APAC区域的相关文件需求，例如，RSL，海关成分表，MSDS，标签等。
