电机工艺工程师（测试方向）

管理电机工厂的电机和变速箱测试活动，包括：交流电机、永磁电机、驱动单元、直线电机等。

04 Independently design and configure new test bench in accordance with test specification, methods requirements, and international standards. Select, procure, integrate, qualify and validate the new test equipment & device.

根据测试大纲、工艺要求和国际标准，独立设计和配置新的测试工作站。完成新测试设备选定、采购、整合、确认、验证等诸项工作。

04 Set up the standard processes & procedure for the testing activities.

针对测试活动，建立标准测试工艺和测试程序。

04 Test tooling (fixtures) design and preparation.

测试工装设计和准备。

04 Troubleshooting and test data analysis to identify the root cause, make sure controlling test quality, maintain test status smoothly, and field supporting.

解决测试中出现的各种问题，通过测试数据分析找到根本原因，确保测试质量稳定，保证测试状态平稳，维修维护支持。

04 Responsible for commissioning and validation for all testing activities. Support calibration and MSA (GRR) accordingly.

负责所有测试活动的试运转和验证，并支持校准和测量系统分析相关活动。

04 Lean Kaizen for Testing to improve productivity, including measurement.

测试工序精益改善以提升生产效率，包括测量等。

04 Finish the other work required by leader.

完成领导要求的其它工作。

任职要求：

- At least Bachelor degree, major in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or similar engineering.

本科学历及以上，电气工程、自动化、或其他工程学科，。

- At least 2-3 years of experience in traction motor manufacture process.

至少2-3年牵引电机制造工艺经验。

- Profound knowledge of Testing, such as NVH/EOL (Order analysis/Frequency analysis), Insulation, Hi-pot, Surge, PDIV, Resistance, Inductance, Capacitance.

精深的测试知识，诸如：NVH/EOL（阶次分析、频率分析），绝缘、高压、浪涌、局放、电阻、电感、电容测试等。

- Be familiar with Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Test tooling, Circuit diagram, electromagnetism measurement, PLC, 6δ data analysis. Plus, Encapsulation.

充分了解诸如机械、液压、气动、测试工装、电路图、电磁测量、PLC、6δ数据分析等方面知识，同时了解注胶知识。

- Fluent in English language (Written and Spoken).

熟练的英文能力（包括书面语言和口语）。

- Be proficient at Solidworks, LabView, C++, AutoCAD. Good MS office skill.

精通Solidworks，LabView, C++和AutoCAD, 良好的Office应用技能。
