Merchandise Supervisor 服装跟单主管

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

You will be critical in delivering these activities but not limited to:

61 Responsible to manage all samples/bulk std on time. Meet buyer’s sales meeting & meet bulk production’s calendar.

61 Handle and solve critical cases in the team.

61 Review/monitor the team’s operations. Execute new instruction/procedure on floor timely and ensure it goes correctly.

61 Maintain proper staffing levels to ensure optimal customer service through effective hiring, training and coaching merchandisers/clerk.

61 Review data to ensure all roles are effectively using specific systems and perform maintenance to the data as needed. Evaluate merchandisers/clerks performance by evaluating report.

61 Maintain an open dialogue with USA/KB Asia/BDC/KBB teams and provide effective feedback/action plans on critical issues.

61 Proactively support the line manager to execute any global/regional projects with efficiency.

61 Other tasks assigned by the line manager due to business needs.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and /or abilities required for the individual to be successful in this position.

61 Minimum 7 years' of related working experience; minimum 2 years' of supervisory experience

61 Strong apparel/merchandising background in workmanship/costing/products trend.

61 Excellent in oral and written English

61 Good at decision-making. Be capable of solving problems by thinking out of the box.

61 Self-starter who can focus on complex detail.

61 People management skills.

61 Have a strong team spirit

61 Good at communication

61 Proficient in MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Degree Held: Bachelor’s degree
