职位描述
Recruitment
1.Select right recruiting channel and be the selection initiator with good coordination with internal line manager to fill the job vacancies to meet business goals and internal requirements of recruitment procedure.
2.Responsible of post ads about recruiting the line employees, arrange interviews accordingly.
Employee Onboarding management
1.Responsible of Introduction Procedure for New Staff :including but not limited to Labor contract, Employee Handbook, the establishment and management of files;
2.Work with line manager to make and implement orientation training for new hirers.
3.Assist to create employee information in workday system, monitor them to complete onboarding process, ensure the data accurancy.
Training implementation
1.Assist to to analyze and identify training needs, develop and implement training activities with an effective way.
2.WAM basic tools training, improve employees' knowledge to promote tools usage in plant.
3.Update training record in HR database.
HR Monthly Report
1.Complete Monthly report such as: recruitment report, OT report, Attendance report etc
2.Ensure report data is accurate.
WAM Support
1.Assist to monitor OPL/SOP matrix implementation in department board, weekly review the status.
2.Monitor Job & Skill Matrix to update according to skills development.
3.Assist to update pillar board monthly, deliver KPI/KAI information timely.
Assist any kind of HR issue from HR Supervisor
