Main Tasks:
- Act as HR generalist role by providing daily HR activities of full employee life cycle. (especially, staffing ( blue collar and white collar, employee termination; employee movement; performance management support)
- Take the role as local presence of HR, executing processes that require direct / mass interaction with service recipients. Executes tasks that require domain expertise and case by case handling. Implement the specific tasks according to service recipients’ needs
- Ensure all the HR daily operations fully in line with HR policies/practices, local laws and regulations.
- Act as a HR representative and focal point for business audit, customer audit, government audit
- Drive the employee relationship management. Handle employee grievances, complaints and special cases, union management (where applicable)
- Support on the HR excellence project with stakeholders.
- Other HR projects or tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above 5 years and above working experience in HR area
- Recruiting and ER experience will be preferred.
- Excellent logic and data agility.
- Good English, good computer skills, good communication skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, set and execute to work plans, good team collaboration spirits.
