设备维修技术员

主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities：

1. 负责公司生产设备及相关辅助设备的日常维护、保养和紧急维修；

2. 负责设备的日常巡检，及时发现设备潜在问题并进行处理；

3. 根据要求进行每日、每周、每月点检，定期保养和维修记录的填写；

4. 车间设备维修配件的预测、收集、整理；

5. 完成上司安排的其它工作。完成上级安排的其他工作。

1. Responsible for the daily maintenance, and emergency repairs of the company's production equipment and related equipment;

2. Responsible for the daily inspection of equipment, timely discovering potential problems with equipment and handling it.

3. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections as required, and fill in regular maintenance and repair records.

4. Prediction, collection, and organization of workshop equipment maintenance parts;

5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

工作联系：与员工和各部门经理或主管保持良好沟通和协作，以确保问题的快速解决和工作目标的达成。

Contacts – Maintain good communication and collaboration with employees and department managers or supervisors to ensure rapid resolution of issues and achievement of working goals.

资格和要求 Qualification and Requirements:

教育：大学本科及以上学历，机械、电气、自动化专业

Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in mechanical, electrical, and automation.

经历：2年以上工作经验，

Experience – Above 2 years manufacturing work experience

技术能力：

1， 了解机械原理，液压，气动等相关知识，参与过设计，安装，调试项目优先。

Understand mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and other related knowledge, and have participated in design, installation, and adjustment projects as a priority.

2，熟练使用CAD、Solidworks、Office等软件。

Good at CAD, Solidworks，Office and other software

3，有电动工具制造工作经验者佳。

Experience in power tool manufacturing is preferred.
