1. 课程教学 Teaching

- 负责IGCSE 英语作为第二语言或英语作为附加语言的教学工作，制定科学的教学计划并高效执行；

Deliver IGCSE ESL/EAL courses and execute effective teaching plans.

- 负责雅思、托福课程的全流程教学工作，制定科学的教学计划并高效执行；

Deliver IELTS/TOEFL courses and execute effective teaching plans.

- 采用多元化教学方法，提升学生语言应用能力及应试技巧；

Utilize diversified teaching methods to enhance students' language application skills and test-taking strategies.

2. 班级管理及家校沟通 Class Management & Parent-School Communication

- 担任导师，维护班级教学秩序，定期评估学生学习效果；

Serve as a tutor, maintain classroom order, and regularly assess students' learning outcomes.

- 建立规范化家校沟通机制，定期向家长反馈学习进展；

Maintain structured parent communication and give progress updates.

3. 教学研发 Teaching Research & Development

- 参与学科教研活动，优化现有课程体系；

Participate in subject-specific research to refine curriculum.

- 开发针对性教学资料及测评工具；

Develop targeted teaching materials and assessment tools.

4. 招生支持 Enrollment Support

- 协助开展招生测评、入学面试等环节的市场活动和招生支持工作；

Support admissions via testing, interviews, and events.

5. 完成校长和领导提出的其他任务。

Complete other tasks assigned by the principal and leadership.

任职要求

Skills and Experience Required

1. 专业资质 Professional Qualifications

- 本科或以上学历；

Bachelor’s degree or above.

- 托福实考成绩≥105分或雅思≥7.5分（须提供官方成绩证明）；

TOEFL ≥105 or IELTS ≥7.5 (with official proof).

2. 教学经验 Teaching Experience

- 2年以上英语教学经验（全日制学校更佳，培训机构也可）；

2+ years of English teaching experience (preferably in a full-time school, but training institutions are also acceptable).

- 具有20人以上班级授课经验；

Experience in teaching English classes with over 20 students.

- 需提供可验证的提分案例（如学员成绩对比报告）；

Provide verifiable score improvement cases. (e.g., student score comparison reports).

3. 优先条件 Preferred Qualifications

- 具有海外知名大学留学经历者优先；

Overseas study at top universities preferred.

- 拥有丰富雅思/ESL班课教学经验者优先，特别是有基础段学生提分经验者优先；

Extensive IELTS/ESL teaching experience preferred, especially with proven success in improving scores of beginner-level students.

- 持有国内教师资格证者优先；

Teacher certificate- China’s NTCE preferred.
