职位描述
The Region Project Manager’s (RPM) main mission is to coordinate the activities of all the project stakeholders, both internally and externally. The Region PM manages the relationship with the customers, making sure that Arkamys meets its commitments to them. These activities require both technical and operational engagement.
The Region PM is in charge of coordinating all current, past and future R&D activities of the Region, including development and serial life. He/she can be involved in Pre-sales support activities (RFQ preparation, customer demonstrations).
You will evolve in an international environment.
Your activity is closely linked to the activities of other R&D departments and you will have to
collaborate with these departments as well as Product, Presales and Sales departments. Your main interfaces are:
- External:
o Customer Project Managers
o Customer Sales Managers
- Internal:
o Engineers (architecture, development and test)
o Engineering Team Leaders
o Pre-sales and product engineers
o Sales Managers
You will report the Head of Region (scope and priorities), with functional reporting to Head of Project Management (PM process and métier).
Development: collect all necessary inputs to establish a Project Plan (timing, resources, risks) to be monitored through the adequate KPIs, according to Arkamys’ internal processes
61 Customer relationship: organize customer interfacing for project tracking, exchange of
information, specification, and management of deliverables. Provide adequate level of
information to Arkamys’ Sales team.
61 Business-oriented approach: notice, anticipate and report internally relevant information about
commercial risks and opportunities
61 Management: functional management of all Project activities related to the Region (serial life,
projects in development followed by other PMs)
Your profile :
61 Project Management knowledge;
61 Embedded software development or signal processing knowledge;
61 Rigor and methodology;
61 Audio experience would be a plus.
61 English proficiency
Personal skillset :
61 Good communication skills
61 Ability to be proactive, work on own initiative, to deadlines, as well as being able to work as a
member of a small but dynamic team
61 Ability to work independently to achieve goals established in a team environment
EDUCATION : Master in Computer Science, Physics or Engineering
LANGUAGES : English mandatory, Japanese, German, Korean or Chinese appreciated
