1. Conduct audit to the supplier according to the plan

按计划对供应商进行稽核

2. Data & report collection，review and approval of the part PPAP

产品零部件PPAP流程供方数据报告收集，节点评审及批准

3. Review of the incoming material, material quality issue FA and 8D from both production line and customer claim

IQC 来料质量判定, 生产或客诉不良的分析及纠正预防措施

4. Supplier line reject DPPM and lot reject rate

供应商来料不良DPPM及批退率的监控及改善

5. Identification, control to the critical process or parameters; QP, PFMEA and SIP review

供应商关键工序或参数的识别及监控，制程控制计划，失效模式分析和测试计划的评审

岗位要求：

1.Bachelor’s degree, major in Electromechanical or Electronics engineering or related

本科以上学历，机电或电子工程专业或相关专业

2.Experience in auto part manufacture, familiar with quality control of motor, compressor or related parts

具备汽车行业或周边零部件制造经验，熟悉电机，压缩机或相关部件的质量控制过程

3.At least 3 working years with quality management or supplier quality management

至少3年以质量管理或供应商质量管理经验

4.Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF16949, VDA6.3/6.5

熟悉上述质量体系标准

5.Use QC 7 tools for failure analysis, familiar with 8D, MSA, FMEA, Cpk and SPC

能够运用QC 7 大工具进行不良分析，熟悉上述质量工具

6.Strong communication skill and good command with oral and writing English

良好的沟通技巧；能够听说写英语
