职位描述

主要工作职责如下:
1.Support to visit customers, look for new customers and new projects according to 5 years
strategy plan and capacity capability, make presentations to customer.
支持拜访客户,根据 5 年战略规划和生产能力寻求新的客户和新的项目,为客户做公司介绍。
2.Work with RPPC to get cost on new projects, involve in process analysis and cost evaluation;
offer to customer, maintain Win Business procedure.
与技术部门一起工作,参与过程分析和成本评估,得到成本并向客户报价,维护获取客户业务程
序。
3.Communication with global sales organization especially with global Key Account Manger of
key customers.
与全球的销售组织沟通,特别是关键客户的全球关键客户经理。
4.Support to negotiate with customer commercial issues including price, tooling cost, payment
terms, delivery terms, material surcharge and so on, and get agreement finally with customer.
支持与客户进行商务谈判,包括价格,模具费,付款条件,发货方式,原材料成本补贴,等等。并
与客户最终达成一致。
5.Involve in project development management, bring in necessary information during project
development and mass production including milestones, volume, risks and customer special
requirement.
参与项目管理,输入项目开发和批量生产的必要信息,包括时间点,产量,风险,顾客特殊要求
等。
6.Build and maintain customer relationship, coordinate on delivery, invoices, payment, and
coordinate on customer complains.
建立与维护客户关系,协调处理发货、开票、付款,协调处理客户抱怨。
7.Collect and analyze and sum up the related customers’ request and market changes.
收集、分析、总结相关客户需求和市场动态。
