WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
1,Develop, implement and lead a focused Schroff sales strategy to attain aggressive growth targets in North of China
2,Leverage and develop network with Test & Measurement OEMs, System intgrators, National Research Institutes for Physics and Big Science
3,Market-driving, Analyze the targeted market and find out opportunities
4,Develop new distribution channels. Increase wallet-share with existing channels
5,Independent business development & management
6,Guide sales team to follow company strategy and manage daily work. Provide necessary support on promising projects/OEMs
7,Work closely with PM, BDM, marketing team
8,Coordinate with supporting team, share market information within management team
9 Hit annul sales goal, and build strong business foundation for a sustainable growth
10 Travel within the region and can travel to other area if needed
11 Provide sales document per request
12 As other organizational needs arise, he/she will accept other responsibilities besides the ones listed in this document. This could also include managing Sales resources within the assigned sales territory
13 Informs his superior about all situations, developments and occurrences which are important for the superior or are requested by him, as well as about all upcoming decisions which require his approval
YOU HAVE:
1,Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Computer Engineering or equivalent
2,10+ years in an outside sales role in one or more of the focus Electronic markets, the Test & Measurements, Railway or general EMS
3,2+ years in a leadership level capacity
4,Knowledge and experience using sales force or similar effectiveness tools and approaches
5,Proven skills to identify sales force capability gaps and implementation of plans to address for sustainable success
6,Proven skills to cultivate long-term, sustainable, value-based relationships with core accounts that elevates revenue opportunities and brand equity
7,Market-sensitive, adapt to rapidly changing business circumstance and have the ability to thrive in a constantly changing business environment
8,Demonstrated ability to negotiate by collaborating with others to arrive at a conclusion using compromise, persuasion, and influence, rationale and diplomacy both internally and externally in a selling environment
9,Self-motivation, positive and team work, can work under pressure
