Summary/Purpose:
Follow up with monthly closing, check employee expense reports, reports, other assignments.
Detailed Job Description:
Follow up with monthly closing:
-check all the transactions in SAP booked by accounting clerks
-check open items for accrual and prepaid expenses
-verify POC calculation and bookings
-review balance sheet account open items
Check employee expense reports:
-check expense reports submitted from employees
-deal with special cases
Reports:
-monthly report to group & local financial statement report
-monthly flash report to Group
-Yearly SAP closing sessions
Other assignments:
-support for external audit
Requirements:
Bachelor degree. Certificate for accounting profession;
Profession skills in accounting aspects ;
MS-Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point, etc.) ;
Understanding of an ERP (such as SAP) ;
Workable English
