Who you are:

● 负责协调和促进新项目本地化的工作，同时负责新项目中与CNC数控加工有关的工艺开发和制具准备

Responsible for coordinator and promoter the new local project, as well as responsible for process development and improvement which relative with CNC machining.

● 负责与金属成型有关的工艺开发和制具准备，同时协调和促进新产品项目在本地的开展

Responsible for process development and improvement which relative with metal forming, as well as the local project coordinator and promoter for new products

About the job:

General通用部分:

● 负责新产品导入和技术转移，包括样品的试制和测试以及产品在生产中各类相关技术文件的编制（如BOM、作业指导书、产品质量控制指导书等文件

Responsible for new products and relative technology introduction including trail production and testing, as well as all kinds of technical documentation compilation when in production(i.e. BOM, work instruction, processing card, and quality planning)

● 对新产品的导入进行必要的风险评估，协调和促进新产品项目在本地的开展

Evaluate the risk of new products introduction in China, coordinate and promote the new products localization

● 完成与CNC数控加工有关的工装模具和夹具的设计和制造

Design and accomplish the mold and fixture which relative with CNC machining process

● 现有产品CNC金属数控加工工艺的改善和变更

Improve and develop the current CNC machining process

● 现有产品金属成型工艺的改善和变更

Improve and develop the current metal forming process

● 负责产品报价过程中的技术准备和成本审核

Technical preparation and cost analysis during quotation procedure

● 绘制产品制造所需的装配图、零件图、模具图及包装材料图等

Finalize the assembling drawing, products drawing, mold drawing & package drawing for production

● 作业现场的技术指导、质量问题的分析与解决

Technical supporting for workshop, and relative quality issues analysis and solving

● CNC数控加工新技术的研究和相关工艺装备的引入

New CNC machining technology research and equipment introduction

● 金属成型技术的研究和相关工艺装备的引入

New metal forming technology research and equipment introduction

● 提供有效的技术支持，以协助采购部建立稳定合格的供应商

Providing efficient technical support to PD to establish rational management on supplier system

● 完成与金属成型有关的工装模具和夹具的设计和制造

Design and accomplish the mold and fixture which relative with metal forming process

● 熟悉机械或电气自动化设备的设计原理，能使用PROE/UG等相关设计软件

Be familiar with designing discipline of mechanical or electrical automation equipment, be able to use software like PROE or UG, etc.

Special特殊部分:

● 熟悉CNC机床加工工艺，包括刀具的选择及夹具设计

Experience in CNC machining process, including insert selection and fixture designing

● 熟悉不锈钢棒料、锻件、铸件加工工艺

Experience in SS bar material, forging, casting processes

● 熟悉工装、模具、夹具的设计和制造

Familiar with designing and manufacturing of fixture and mold for metal forming

● 熟练使用英语进行口头和书面交流

Fluent English in oral and written

● 熟练使用MS-Office办公软件和AUTO-CAD设计软件

Familiar with MS-Office software and AUTO-CAD designing software

● 熟悉CNC编程系统（ie: Fanuc，OSP）

Familiar with CNC programming system ( ie: Fanuc, OSP)

What you know:

● 本科以上 / 机械或自动化相关专业

Above University with mechanism / automation background or equivalent

● 具有从事CNC编程或机械加工技术工艺1年以上工作经验

Above 1 years work experience in CNC programming or mechanical processing.

● 具有自动化智能制造零部件的加工或装配行业经验者优先

Automated intelligent manufacturing in parts machining or assembly industry is preferred
