1. Supplier quality Management system:

Supplier process and system audit for new supplier and exist supplier, and provide guidance to improve supplier quality management level continuously.

2..Product Parts Evaluation:

The responsible parts are certified according to the PPEP process to ensure quality.

Follow up the whole process of certification as the quality leader of PPEP and finish the certification work on time.

3.Supplier Performance Management:

Be responsible for quality KPI of managed supplier, monitor and improve in time

Responsible for abnormal handling, ensure the continuous operation of the production line, initiate improvement demand for abnormal problems of suppliers, track and implement improvement effect, and deal with unqualified materials in time.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree, majored in Mechanical, Electrical or domain in Engineering

Compulsory: Minimal 3 years supplier quality management related work working experience.

Ideal: 5 years working experience with strongly technical background and supplier quality management

Working knowledge of quality /reliable tools (8D,6sigma, SPC, FMEA etc.)

Language: Fluent English both in oral and written

Computer: Windows environment
