JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a unique individual interested in making a difference in an organization. As this job position requires emotional intelligence and strong multi-tasking skills, it is an opportunity to not only bring value to our company but also develop personal career skills.
This hybrid role includes both the handling the administrative tasks of human resources and office management. Our human resource needs apply to both our foreign and local staff, while office management is a diverse set of responsibilities that will keep this role active, interesting and evolving. Core Responsibilities:
Human Resources
61 Organizing the ongoing recruitment, including the hiring, onboarding and offboarding, of employees.
61 Manage ongoing HR activities including attendance, employee schedules and requests for leave, and coordinating visa requirements with our visa agent for foreign employees.
61 Coordinating employee evaluations with each department manager.
61 Engagement with employees to resolve conflicts.
61 Organize company events for team building and training.
61 Supporting the scheduling and logistics of company business trips.
61 Lead the creation of new processes to enhance the operations and efficiency of the HR Department. This includes writing Standard Operating Procedures to sets new policies and processes for the company.
Office Management
61 Managing the purchase of office supplies and keeping the office organized and tidy.
61 Purchasing of promotional materials and items from Taobao vendors for the Marketing Department.
61 Coordinating with other departments for receiving samples from vendors and couriering samples to customers in other countries.
61 Handling the special requests of department managers.
61 Keeping the office running smoothly.
Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
1. Ability to multitask and prioritize; strong organizational skills.
2. Sufficient computer skills for basic use of Windows (Word, Excel, etc), ERP, etc.
3. Pay attention to details.
4. Speak, read and write in English.
5. Willing to commit to at least 2+ years in our company.
We understand that some of the skills described above might require some time to learn. We will provide training as needed. This position requires proactivity and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

人力资源
61 组织持续的招聘工作,包括员工的聘用、入职和离职。
61 管理持续的人力资源活动,包括考勤、员工日程安排和休假申请,并与我们的外国员工签证代理协调签证要求。
61 与各部门经理协调员工评估。
61 与员工互动以解决冲突。
61 组织公司活动进行团队建设和培训。
61 支持公司商务旅行的安排和后勤工作。
61 领导创建新流程,以提高人力资源部的运营和效率。这包括编写标准操作程序来为公司制定新政策和流程。
办公室管理
61 管理办公用品的采购,保持办公室井然有序。
61 为市场部从淘宝供应商处购买宣传材料和物品。
61 与其他部门协调,从供应商处接收样品,并将样品快递给其他国家的客户。
61 处理部门经理的特殊要求。
61 保持办公室平稳运行。
经验、知识和技能:
1. 能够同时处理多项任务并确定优先次序;组织能力强。
2. 具备足够的计算机技能,能够基本使用 Windows(Word、Excel 等)、ERP 等。
3. 注重细节。
4. 会说、读、写英语。
5. 愿意在我们公司工作至少 2 年以上。
