(1) Assist in troubleshooting IT issues for internal users, including hardware, software, and network problems.

(2) Maintain and manage IT equipment (computers, printers, network devices, etc.).

(3) Help with the installation, configuration, and upgrading of user devices..

(4) Support daily maintenance and monitoring of servers and network infrastructure.

(5) Assist in performing system backups and recovery operations.

2. Knowledge, skills and education required：

必备的知识、技能和教育背景：

(1) Bachelor’s degree or above in computer, software engineering or information management.

计算机、软件工程或信息管理相关专业，本科及以上学历。

(2) Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.

具备基础的计算机硬件和软件知识。

(3) Understanding of networking fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, routers, switches).

了解网络基础（如TCP/IP、路由、交换机）。

(4) Familiarity with Windows/Linux/MacOS operating systems.

熟悉Windows/Linux/MacOS操作系统。

(5) Fluent in spoken English.
