Environmental Health and Safety Supervisor

• Plan and execute upgrades for public facilities regularly, overseeing technical activities.

• Ensure compliance with local EHS regulations and company standards, acting as the Management Representative for ISO14000&OHSAS18001.

• Lead the EHS team in conducting preventive audits, investigating incidents, tracking progress on corrective actions, monitoring incident trends, and building a network with HSE colleagues for continuous improvement.

• Procure and manage contractors for outsourcing tasks.

• Lead cost reduction projects in plant facilities.

• Monitor and report on security status within and around the plant, proactively alerting management to any abnormalities.

• Serve as the direct emergency commander, responding to incidents such as fires, injuries, power outages, and employee incidents.

• Maintain up-to-date SPZ and other relevant procedures.

• Perform any other duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above.

• 5 years' plant facility & EHS experience

• Ability to work independently and solve problem proactively.

• Good analytical and communication skills.

• Good command of English
