Advance Supplier Quality Engineer

1.Degree or Diploma in Science or Engineering

2.Minimum 5 years experience as quality Engineers in Electrical products field

3.Office is skilled, Good English writing and speaking

4.Knowledge of TS16949 and be familiar on 8D, APQP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA and PPAP tooling

5.VDA

6.3 process audit and Formel Q knowledge

6.Be knowledge on Six sigma and Minitab

7.Strong organizational skill to anticipate, plan, organize and self-monitor workload

Responsibilities:

1.Facilitates and provides expertise in the development of design review, FMEA's, Control Plans and Qualification Plans, Fool-proof design etc., in new product development and product changes

2.Establish and update the quality documents ( QCP, inspection instruction, qualification plan, FII, etc. ) during products development

3.Review and approve the components PAPP and Buyoff / FAI report for new equipment, mold and fixtures etc. , arrange process audit at supplier side if necessary

4.Provide customer required documentation relating (Approval sheet / PPAP) to customer acceptance of new products or product changes

5. Educate QC inspectors and operator on quality requirements and inspection control, conduct LPA audit or onsite check to verify the implementation

6.Review process performance data and monitor safe launch inspection result, drive CFT Team for continuous improvement

7.Lead to deal with customer quality issues and complains per 8D process to prevent from issue re-occurence, support the customer audit and quality improvement reviewing

8.Assign as PSCR and IPC 610 expert in DG , provide knowledge sharing to related team as trainer

9.Support MQA manager to implement and maintain the quality system to meets and exceed the requirements of IATF and customer's expectation, Perform other related duties as assigned by management
