职位描述
Main Function Responsibilities and Activities /本职位的主要责任以及职能:
? Define, document and maintain configuration and change management processes (PM level)/定义,记录和维护构型和更改管理流程(项目级)
? Coordination with customer on configuration and change management, including impact (schedule and cost) and change cost tracking /与客户进行构型和更改管理协调,包括影响(进度和费用)及更改费用的跟踪。
? Setting up change impact assessment internally and externally via CCB meeting, managing related coordination record /通过组织CCB会议进行内/外部的更改影响分析,管理相关协调记录
? Managing ECR/ECP, tracking the implementation of changes, providing change implementation status report/管理ECR/ECP,跟踪更改实施状态,提供更改实施状态报告
? Supporting on engineering changes price negotiation (both ENG and MFG)/对工程更改价格谈判给予支持(包括工程和制造)
? Other duties may be assigned /其它指派的工作
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / 本职位所要求的技能及经历:
? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; or equivalent combination of education/工程相关学士学位,或同等教育背景
? 5 years’ experience in aviation industry or equivalent / 在航空或相关领域有五年的工作经验
? Designer /manufacturing engineering/Industrial Engineering /quality or Configuration Engineering background. / 设计/制造工程/工业工程/质量或构型工程师背景
? Familiar with ISO Quality System and AS9100 / 了解ISO质量系统和AS9100标准
? Good at speaking and written English / 良好的英语口语和书面表达能力
? High skilled in computer, including Project, EXCEL, PPT etc/具有熟练计算机应用技能,包括project,EXCEL,PPT等
? At least 1 year of experience in configuration management activity / 至少一年构型管理活动经验
? Basic knowledge of configuration management in Aviation/Avionics preferred / 具备航空/航电构型管理基本知识优先
