2. Provide technical support to customers, suppliers and internal personnel.

3. Coordinate product activities with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing and quality teams using engineering change request (ECR) procedures.

4. Upload 2D/3D drawings to PDM, Agile and SVN systems.

5. Understand, support and contribute to current International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.

6. Perform other related duties as assigned by management

EDUCATION:

REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master’s

WORK EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED: 5+ years mechanical design experience

PREFERRED: Design experience in mechanical products for optical telecommunication such as optical components and passive or active modules.

Design experience with assembly line fixture and jig.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:（If the nature of the position requires certain certificates, they should be specified here）

REQUIRED: 61 Proficient in SolidWorks, DraftSight/AutoCAD and general office software

61 Well versed in GD&T to fully convey design intent with deep understanding of manufacturing and inspection impacts;

61 Familiar with mechanical design and general telecommunication standards

61 Rich knowledge in metal, glass and ceramics materials, manufacturing methods and surface treatment techniques;

61 Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment

61 Mechanical/thermal simulation capability a big plus

PREFERRED: 61 English CET 6 or above, or equivalent. Proficient in reading and writing. Adequate in verbal communication.
