结构工程师

1.Cooperate with German design team to complete product concept design.

协同德国设计团队完成产品概念设计。

2.Participate in the feasibility research and evaluation of new product projects.

参与新产品项目可行性调研、评估。

3.Complete new product structure design independently and making related technical data such as drawings, BOM, DFMEA, tolerance analysis, technical parameter sheet, etc.

独立完成新产品结构设计并制定相关技术资料如图纸，BOM，DFMEA，公差分析，技术参数表等。

4.Undertake prototype development, commissioning and related technology.

承担样机的研制、调试和相关技术。

5.Prepare technical documents such as drawing, BOM, technical parameter list, etc.

制作图纸，BOM，技术参数表等技术相关资料。

6.Check drawings, BOM and other technical documents.

核对图纸，BOM等技术相关资料。

7.Follow up mold evaluation, production, mold trial, modification, acceptance, etc..

跟进模具评估、制作、试模、修改、验收等。

8.Follow up the trial production of new products at different stages and analysis and solution of trial production problems, and provide technical support for mass production products.

跟进新产品各阶段试产及试产问题分析解决,并为量产产品提供技术支持。

9.Complete other tasks assigned by direct superior.

完成直接上级交办的其他任务。

任职要求：

1.Colleague degree and above and Mechanical Engineering or related majors and 3 years or above.

大专及以上学历，机械工程及相关专业，3年及以上工作经验。

2.Can use English for daily communication, reading and writing;

英语良好，可以用英语进行日常沟通和读写优先考虑。

3.Familiar with Solidworks, Pro-E /Creo and other related industrial design software.

熟练操作Solidworks、Pro-e/Creo等相关3D设计软件。

4.Know well about new product development flow,familiar with DFMEA/PFMEA and other design tools.

熟悉新产品开发流程，熟练使用DFMEA/PFMEA等设计工具。

5.3 years or above experience in product structure design, able to independently complete the structure design of new products and evaluate the feasibility of product structure.

具有3年及以上产品结构设计经验,能独立完成新产品的结构设计、评估产品结构的可行性。

6.Familiar with mechanical processing, materials, surface treatment, application of all kinds of standard parts and other related knowledge, understand plastic mold, stamping mold, die casting mold, rubber mold, profile extrusion mold and its manufacturing and processing technology.

熟悉机械加工、材料、表面处理、各类标准件应用等相关知识，了解塑料模具、冲压模具、压铸模具、橡胶模具、型材挤出模具及其制造、加工工艺。

7.Familiar with product development process, and have certain planning and analysis ability.

熟悉产品开发流程，并具备一定的策划分析能力。

8.Have independent design ability, have a strong sense of innovation, have the ability to analyze and solve problems.

具备独立设计能力，有较强的创新意识，有分析问题和解决问题的能力。
