？ Manage critical quality problem at OEMs, lead team to set up on-line support at OEMs.

？ Manage and coordinate international project within group.

？ Supervising the Performance of the engineers in the team, recruiting, inducting, coaching, and managing the engineers.

？ Project and Employee assignment planning and follow up.

？ Assist customer to draft control plan and implement for PPAP parts.

？ For supplier`s critical quality problem, help and supervise root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action and verification of effectiveness.

？ Manage customer service project for OEMs and tire 1 suppliers.

？ Audit and evaluate supplier process quality capability for new project and corrective action follow up.

？ 8D report and follow up.

> EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

？ More than 6 years working experience in automotive industry, and good knowledge on quality control with at least 1 year management experience.

？ Good wrritten and verbal English skill.

？ Lead team(engineers,supervisors and inspectors), flexible manpower arrangement based on project situation.

？ Weekly projects overview.

？ Customer complain management.

？ Strong communication skill.

？ Experienced skill on Excel,Powerpoint report.

？ Hard work, can travel frequently and ready for urgently business travel.
