高级生产主管

1. 精通生产工艺，监督并优化，确保整个部门的正常运作状态及各项工作指令的执行; Skilled in production processes, supervising and optimising, supervise normal operating and each worker obey orders.

2. 分配本部门各个工人/岗位的工作任务单，制定、维护及落实部门计划;Allocate orders to individual workers of his department and maintain a department planning.

3. 协调各部门之间的沟通与合作，解决生产问题,推动本部门的QEHS工作、认真执行QEHS的各项规定并主动持续地对本部门的QEHS状态进行改善提高; Coordinate communication and collaboration between departments to resolve production issues, supervise QEHS regulations in his department and initiates improvements.

4. 严格维护本部门车间及工作场所的5S 工作，确保现场整齐及清洁，确保安全防护用品的正确使用及安全措施的执行落实;Maintain the 5S work, to sure cleanliness and the correct use of PPE and implementation of safety precautions in the department.

5. 监管及报告材料状态，通过精益改善去降本增效;Monitor and report on the status of materials to reduce costs and increase efficiency through LEAN tools.

6. 严格管理生产设备并主动维护及提出检修计划;Supervise condition of machinery and initiates maintenance.

7. 组织安排下属员工的在岗培训并进行绩效管理，指导及支持下属的日常工作,并规划好发展机会;Performance review and on-the-job training of subordinates，Advise and support subordinated in their daily jobs, and plan for growth opportunities.

8. 协助生产经理的做好团队建设，提高员工的凝聚力和工作积极性，共同推动精益改善。Assist the production managers to do an excellent job of team building, improve employee cohesion and motivation to work together to drive lean improvement.

9. 完成生产部经理交办的其他任务; Complete other tasks from Production Manager.

所需学历及经验：

1、Technical colleague in an appropriate subject相关专业的大专或以上学历

2、Experience in an industrial company制造业车间的从业经验

3、Experience as a supervisor of at least a small group of people担任过主管工作并具备人员管理经验

4、Experience in a foreign company, particularly in a Japanese or German one外资企业的工作经历，日资或德资尤佳

5、Have teamwork spirit and good cooperation. 良好的协作能力，具有团队合作精神

6、Familiar with ISO9001 system熟悉ISO9001系统

7、Skilled for operation M.S OFFICE. M.S Office 软件运用自如

8、Under stress, complete production plan well organized具有良好的抗压能力，能在订单压力下有序的完成计划

9、Well know Lean production, Green Belt in Six Sigma is preferred，Lead EAN Improvement activities.熟悉精益生产，达到六西格玛绿带，能带领主导精益改善活动
