To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Customer Quality Manager located in Zhuhai city Dumen district.
Reporting to the Quality Director, the Senior Customer Quality Manager role develops, implements and coordinates product assurance program to prevent or eliminate defects in new or existing products.
What a typical day looks like:
1. Conveys customer satisfaction concept to flex customer account all employees and ensure its implementation.
2. Develop new quality program that may lead to further improvement of quality performance in any operation in customer account, such as Customer KOI, Product cosmetic criteria, Product assembly specification, Product quality control requirements, line buyoff criteria, product measure, OBA inspection, yield performance, CAPA, etc.
3. Follow customer or flex procedure frequency(quarterly) continuously review, update, improve and manage product end-to-end process quality assurance control system.
4. Facilitate internal & external communication on quality issues, accurately conveys to flex internal team and promote the implementation.
5. Appointed as Management Representative to support external third party system auditor on ISO9001 certification program and Product safety audit program e.g. UL, CCC, TUV etc.
6. Participate in process quality system development, maintaining and improvement, compliance / exceed ISO9001, legal, regulatory and other requirements.
7. Drive and ensure continuous control and improvement of incoming quality performance in production line.
8. Define customer account quality KOI and drive team to achieve at the KOI target within target date.
9. Prepare quality reports, establish quality improvement program, draft quality engineering instructions, resolve customer return materials or goods.
10. Lead and handle customer complaint in timely.
11. Manage quality engineer resource, define a clear job responsibilities and monitor their performance, help resolve the problems.
12. Monitor Customer Satisfaction Survey(CSMP) and drive it to meet the target.
13. Promote the establishment and improvement of the digital quality control system, conduct quality data analysis, and promote continuous improvement.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
1. Bachelor degree or above,Data analysis, digital quality management related majors
2. Strong Industrial Technical Specification knowledge is preferred
3. PDCA & Risk-based concept, ISO9001:2015 internal auditor certified is preferred
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese
5. Be familiar with quality tools and 5 core tools, especially APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, CP, DOE and SPC;
6. Minimum 5 years experience on quality manager position
7. Proficient and knowledgeable in Plastic molding, PCBA and BOX Build knowledge.
8. Proficient and knowledgeable in digital quality control system.
9. Excellent problem solving skills and strong leadership skills.
10. Preferring experience in lifestyle products: acoustic product, hair products, beauty salon products, health products, Floor Care, Air Purifier, etc.
