1. Responsible for the warehouse daily practical activities, including goods receiving, keeping, delivery and management.

负责仓库的日常，包括货物的接收、保管、交付和管理。

2. Evaluate the warehouse workload and assign manpower properly.

评估仓库工作量，合理分配人力。

3. Execute the warehouse policies strictly, including discipline, safety rules, 5S, training, process etc.

严格执行仓库政策，包括纪律、安全规则、5S、培训、流程等。

4. Set up workload database for each position.

建立各岗位工作量数据库。

5. Standardization of operation process for each position.

各岗位作业流程规范化。

6. Improve the material flow efficiency constantly.

不断提高物流效率。

7. Improve the inventory accuracy constantly.

不断提高库存准确性。

8. Set up standard training process for each position.

为每个岗位建立标准的培训流程。

Requirement 任职要求：

1.High school or technical secondary school degree or above

高中或中专以上学历。

2. 5+people team leader experience

至少有带5人以上的仓库团队

3.Manufacturing background, lean production knowledge and warehouse management experience is preferred.

具有制造业背景，有精益生产知识和仓库管理经验者优先。

4.Familiar with office software

熟练使用office办公软件

5.Have initiative and logical thinking ability.

具备主动性和逻辑思维能力。

6.Good analytical skills.

注重细节和良好的分析能力。
