职位描述
工作职责:
Provide technical support on the sales of freeze dryer/loading/unloading system in Asia Pacific in order to achieve the sales budget with front sales together.
负责冻干机以及其装卸料系统在亚太地区的销售技术支持,和前端销售一起完成销售目标。
- Prepare technical solutions according to the URS requirements;
按照客户URS要求,准备相应的技术方案;
- Assist back office to prepare the bidding documents. Participate in bidding and take corresponding measures to increase the chances of winning the bid.
协助报价部门制作项目标书,参与投标并采取相应的措施提高中标几率;
- Maintain communication with headquarters to ensure optimal solutions are provided to customers.
保持与总部沟通,确保为客户提供最优方案;
- To visit clients by himself or together with partners if any. Explain the advantages and features of the product to customers, and answer technical questions raised by customers;
亲自或与合作伙伴一起拜访客户,为客户讲解产品的优势与特性,回答客户提出的技术问题;
- To maintain CRM data updated.
更新客户关系管理系统(CRM)数据;
- To provide the market view in order to develop the market strategy.
提供市场观点,以便制定正确的市场战略;
- Other tasks arranged by direct manager in China.
中国区直线经理安排的其他任务。
任职资格:
- Bachelor degree or above至少大学本科学历
- Good spoken and written English 良好的英语说写能力;
- Mechanical or electrical automation knowledge is preferred.具有械或者电气自动化知识优先考虑
- Familiar with the domestic pharmaceutical industry and good communication skill with clients. 熟悉国内制药行业,有较强的客户沟通技巧。
- At least 3 years of domestic technical sales support experience in freeze-drying equipment or other large pharmaceutical equipments. 至少3年冻干机或者其它药厂大型设备的国内技术支持或销售经验。
- 有很好的沟通能力 Good communication skills
- 能适应出差 Able to travel
