质量工程师（南通）

1.Monitor and keep the implementation of quality control system, meeting quality system requirements. 监督并保证质量控制体系的实施, 满足质量体系要求；

2.Managing Quality System documentation. 管理质量体系文件；

3.Responsible for supplier audit. 负责供应商审核；

4.Audits preparation – implementing requirements for certification, customer, product, and internal audits.审核准备-执行认证、客户、产品和内部审核的要求；

5. Analyzing and preparing data for monthly reports on KPIs.分析和准备月度KPI报告的数据。

6. Analyze, judge and quality issues in production line to assure on-time qualified products output and corrective action implementation.分析，判断和评估生产线中的质量问题，并采取纠正措施以确保按时生产出合格产品。

Requirements, Skills and Competences岗位要求、技能和能力：

1.Bachelor’s degree in quality / mechanical / electrical / material engineering.质量/机械/电气/材料等工程学士学位；

2.Fluent verbal and written English is prefered.具备优秀的英语听说读写能力的优先；

3.Knowledge and understanding of IATF16949 and European Directive related to Quality and Environment is prefered. 熟悉并理解 IATF16949和欧洲质量与环境指令的优先；

4.Familiarity with problem finding: Pareto, Histograms, sampling plans and problem-solving methods: Ishikawa, 5W, 8D, PDCA. 熟悉问题发现:帕累托、直方图、抽样计划和解决问题的方法:Ishikawa, 5W, 8D, PDCA;

5.Knowledge of automotive tools: FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan and PPAP. 熟悉汽车工具:FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan和PPAP；

6.Creativity and ability to think “outside the box” when solving problems. 解决问题时的创造力和思维能力；

7.Able to work in a team, proposing solutions and considering different point of view. 能够与团队合作，提出解决方案并考虑不同的观点；

8.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. 熟练使用微软办公软件；
