Responsibilities 职责

· Single contact for plants concerning quality of purchased parts, Fast and efficient problem solving in complaint-management and guiding taskforce at supplier and escalation management after release:

1.Responsible for Claim Management of incoming inspection and production line.

负责进货检验及生产线供应商质量问题投诉及处理.

2.Analysis Supplier quality problem and driving supplier quality improvement.

分析处理供应商质量问题并主导供应商改进活动.

3.Supplier quality 8D report management.

供应商8D报告管理.

· Measuring comparison and counter measurement within the scope of initial sampling:

1.Initial Sample inspection and measurement plan.

初始样件检验计划及测量安排。

2. Initial sample inspection reports management.

初始样件检验及报告管理。

· Responsible for risk-oriented incoming inspection:

1.Supplier parts incoming inspection plan definition and management.

供应商零件进货检验计划定义及管理.

2.Monitoring data for incoming inspection and inform supplier for limitation alarming and process adjust.

监控进货检验数据，如有极限问题及时通知供应商进行调整.

· Reimbursement of defect costs in coordination with commercial purchasing and claims management:

1.Cost data due to supplier quality issue collection calculation with related departments.

与相关部门一起对供应商质量问题引起的成本数据进行收集和计算.

2.Cost charge back from supplier site on time.

及时将供应商问题造成的质量损失索赔.

· Other works the manager arranged.

上级领导安排的其他工作。

Qualification required 资格要求

· Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering or related technical discipline or above.

机械或相关专业本科以上学历。

· Minimum 3 years working experience in supplier quality management in Europe or America company in automobile industry.

3年以上欧美汽车行业供应商质量管理相关工作经验。

· Good at quality tool application, such as SPC, FMEA, 8D and MSA, etc..

熟悉质量控制工具SPC,FMEA,8D,MSA等及应用。

· Thorough understanding of quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, etc.)

理解并掌握质量标准(ISO9001:2015, IATF16949:

2016)

· Able to read the technical drawing.

能够读懂技术图纸。

· Good command of English both in writing and speaking.

良好的英文书写和沟通能力。

· Good communication skill and team spirit, and strong team driver for process and system improvement.

优秀的沟通能力和团队合作意识，能够很好地推动工作流程和体系的改善。
