We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Business Development efforts in China, including ***. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our business with key multinational clients, driving emerging business initiatives, and fostering innovation within the pharmaceutical market.
Main Responsibilities
61 Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy and sales plan to drive Global Key Account business growth in China.
61 Focus on target segments, including the identification of key market segments, analysis of brand owners' demands, and the development of value propositions.
61 Engage with multiple stakeholders early in the product development process, including marketing, product development, packaging, quality, operation and purchasing teams.
61 Build and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target customers.
61 Utilize Customer Value Management (CVM) to effectively sell value to customers.
61 Drive the integration and development of newly acquired or launched products within the Rx/CHC division.
61 Promote and develop digital healthcare initiatives, leveraging innovative solutions to enhance our market presence.
61 Collaborate with the Innovation Center to guide the development of innovative applications and solutions tailored to the pharmaceutical market.
61 Collect and manage market intelligence on competitors and customers in real-time to provide reliable insights for strategic and pricing decisions.
61 Work closely with the sales, marketing, technical support, and project management teams to land business opportunities.

Requirements
61 Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
61 Experience: Minimum of 8 years' sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in pharma packaging.
61 Track Record: Proven track record of new business development.
61 Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial sense, good interpersonal and communication skills, and self-motivation.
61 Language Skills: Workable English skills
