岗位要求：

机械类、工艺工程类专业本科以上学历，熟悉齿轮件

熟悉机电行业的装配工艺、测试环节

英文可读写，跨部门写作能力强

工作职责：

1.Analyze and improve problems that are about techniques and quality; Analyze ,improve ,promote and standardize product ability;

2. Review and examine enquiry, internal process documents,on-site process, BOM, SAP data etc.

3.Responsible for the existing process analysis, implementation and solve the difficult process problem

4.Responsible for the planning and management of process quality target for each product line, also the implementation of analysis and improvement.

5.Technical support for SQE/VAVE, onsite process improvement, quality problems

6.Process improvement (Flow chart, control plan, WI, etc.), process optimization, failed parts analysis, traceability

7.Extenal technology information receiving and assignment for team members

岗位要求：

1.Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, Electric and Automation

2.At least 8 years work experience in process department, gear related industry

3.Good at MS office, CAD and UG. Be familiar with mechanic process. Good capacity of planning, coordinating and problem solving Gear/Gearbox background.

Familiar in specified production line development, optimization, including the related fixtures, and also the related part drawings and assembly drawing building and line trial-run also Run&Rate
