初中校长

1.Under the leadership of Secondary Principal, responsible for middle school’s academic management.

在中学校长的领导下，负责初中学部的学术管理。

2.Organizing and implementing on building the organizational structure, staffing, post responsibilities, academic management of middle school.

组织并实施初中学部组织结构、人员配置、岗位职责, 教学管理等政策和制度。

3.Responsible for faculty and staff management, team building, reasonable internal organization, personnel appointment, deployment, assessment, rewards, and punishments, etc.

负责教职工管理、团队建设、内部组织合理化、人员任命、调配、评估、奖惩等。

4.Training and managing Chinese and expats teachers and promoting the continuous improvement of teaching quality.

培训和管理中外籍教师，推动教学质量的持续提升。

5.Establishing effective communication and linkage mechanism with school service center, student affairs office and parents' committee to ensure students' health, safety and happiness.

与学校服务中心、学生事务办公室和家长委员会建立有效的沟通和联动机制，确保学生的健康、安全和幸福。

6.Establishing the academic exchange mechanism with Academics Projects Coordinator and/or Head of Subject Group and strictly controlling the curriculum setting as well as academic quality.

与学术项目协调员和/或学科组长建立学术交流机制，严格控制课程设置和学术质量。

7.Implementing other tasks as may be assigned by the Head of School.

执行上级管理岗位安排的其他的任务。

Requirement：

1. More than 10 years working experience in education industry, more than 5 years related position management experience, familiar with MYP and IGCSE is preferred.

教育行业工作经验超过10年，相关管理岗位经验超过5年，熟悉MYP和IGCSE者优先。

2. Bachelor Degree abover, high proficiency in English.

本科及以上学历，英语能力优秀。

3.Flexible, inclusive, and pragmatic management style.

4.Clear strategic thinking; High level interpersonal and administrative skills.
