职位描述
主要职责Main Responsibilities:
1.According to the company's business requirements and inventory situation, review procurement requirements, formulate procurement plans, clarify procurement strategies and cost control objectives, etc., to ensure the accuracy of procurement plans;
依据公司业务需求并结合库存情况,审核采购需求,制定采购计划,明确采购策略、成本控制目标等,确保采购计划准确性;
2.Track the order execution process, control the procurement progress, cost and risk, and respond to various abnormal situations in the procurement process in a timely manner;
跟踪订单执行过程,把控采购进度、成本、风险,及时响应采购过程中各种异常情况;
3.According to the project requirements, review the supplier capabilities, lead the new product parts location, procurement BOM management, etc., track and manage the project schedule, cost, setup and sample scheduling, coordinate and solve the problems in the process, and promote the project to complete according to the planning objectives;
依据项目需求,评审供应商能力,主导新产品零部件定点、采购BOM管理等,跟踪管理项目进度、成本、设变及样件调度,协调解决过程中问题,促进项目按规划目标完成;
4.Regularly analyze order data, inventory data, etc., consume sluggish materials, reasonably control inventory, and improve inventory turnover on the premise of ensuring stable supply of materials;
定期分析订单数据、库存数据等,保证物料稳定供应的前提下,消耗呆滞物料,合理控制库存,提高库存周转率;
5.Timely evaluation of product quality, delivery timeliness and after-sales service satisfaction of cooperative suppliers; Control nonconforming products and handle claims;
适时对合作供应商的产品质量、交货的及时性、售后服务的满意度等进行评估;对不合格品管控,索赔处理;
6.ERP material master data maintenance;
ERP物料主数据维护;
7.Other tasks assigned by superiors.

任职资格Qualifications:
1.College degree or above, major in vehicle engineering/Mechanical design/electrification is preferred;
大专及以上学历,车辆工程/机械设计/电气化专业背景优先;
2.Familiar with the original production process of automobiles, more than 3 years of automotive industry procurement background is preferred;
熟悉汽车原生产工艺,3年以上汽车行业采购从业背景优先;
3.Strong communication and negotiation skills;
沟通和谈判能力强;
4.Strong communication skills, good at finding problems and communicating with relevant personnel in a timely and effective manner to solve problems;
较强的沟通能力,善于发现问题并能及时有效的与相关人员进行沟通并解决问题;
5.Strong execution ability and strain ability, able to receive relevant instructions from leaders in time and quickly respond and implement;
较强的执行能力和应变能力,能及时接收领导的有关指示并快速进行回应及执行;
6.Have strong adaptability, can quickly integrate into the team and start work.
