高级护肤研发配方师

1. 能独立根据客户或者市场部的需求设计配方，包括法规的考虑，原料的选择，工艺的设计；

Develop formulas for client and MKT according to their requirement independently. Well-know about the cosmetic regulation, RM selection, manufacturing method.

2. 能有条不紊的管理好相关的配方项目，对于客户的相关技术问题能快速有效的给予专业反馈；

Well-Manage and well-schedule client’s and MKT’s projects and quick feedback to sales about relevant technical issue.

3. 能独立设计并开发创新类的配方；

Develop innovative formulas independently.

4. 进行常规实验室测试，包括但不限于pH值分析、粘度测量、比重测量等；

Routine laboratory tests will be conducted, including but not limited to pH analysis, Viscosity Measurements, specific gravity measurements etc.

5. 稳定性样品跟踪；

Stability sample follow up.

6. 协助并完成研发部门的文件；

Assist and fulfil documentation for R&D office.

7. 参与新护肤品在工厂的首次生产；

Participate in “*** production” of new skin care products in the plant.

8. 上级交办的其他工作。

Other tasks assigned by superior.

任职要求Qualifications

1.本科以上学历(硕士更佳)，化学或化学工程专业；

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or higher preferred) in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.

2.5年以上护肤品行业类似职位的工作经验，5年在护肤品研发实验室作为配方员工作经验；

At least 5 years’ experience in similar roles in the skin care industry and > 5yrs working in a skin care R&D laboratory as a formulator.

3.具有较强的化学、护肤配方和制造工艺技术专长；

Strong chemistry, skin care formulation and manufacturing process technical expertise.

4.有与当地原材料供应商合作的意识和经验；

Awareness & experience working with local RM suppliers.

5.优秀的沟通技巧，能够与组织内外各个层次的人保持联系；

Excellent communication skills, able to liaise with people at all levels inside and outside the organisation.

6.流利的普通话和英语。

Fluent in Mandarin & English
