职位描述
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide ideas and guidance to the Training and Development management team to support the successful operation and achievement of T&D.
2. Work closely with the Training leader to design and implement training and development programs for internal clients, identifying and delivering performance solutions in response to issues and business opportunities within the departments.
3. Oversee resources and personnel to ensure the most cost-effective delivery of training and development initiatives in alignment with operational requirements.
4. Provide guidance and professional development to departmental trainers to support the delivery of core training programs.
5. In consultation with department management evaluate technical and customer care training programs to ensure the curriculum and delivery methodology is effective in achieving learning objectives.
6. Manage multiple projects and ensure outcomes are achieved within established timelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business, Human Resources or related field.
2. Have Train the Trainer exp.
3. Minimum 5 years experience to include:
- Classroom training/facilitation experience
- Team supervision
4. Demonstrating proven ability in:
- Training project development and delivery
- Conducting needs analysis
- Liaison, consultation and relationship building
- Handling multiple priorities and projects
- Working both independently and as a team member
5. Knowledge of Adult Education principles and practices.
6. Knowledge of curriculum development and evaluation techniques.
7. Knowledge of classroom management best practices and learning styles.
8. Read, write, speak and understand English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
