1. Responsible for tool inventory management, classify and number the tools, and set up safety stock according to usage, monitor tool quantities and make regular inventory.

2. Responsible for tool life monitor and analysis, and improve tool life for reducing tool cost.

3. Responsible for tool tracking and logistics coordination

4. Responsible for TDM system operation and data maintenance.

5. Responsible for daily work arrangement in tool room (tool issuance, recycling, statistics, maintenance, document management, etc.)

6. Organize the operation and maintenance of equipment in tool room.

7. Organize pre-assembly, measurement and adjustment of tools.

8. Supporting for cutting parameters application.

9. Responsible for tooling problem analysis and solving with involved parties.

10. Responsible for training of technician in tool room and operator in production line.

11. Create standard work instructions and procedures for the tool management.

12. Other works assigned by superior.
