Key Responsibilities
1.Market Expansion & Opportunity Identification
-Research and analyze China’s market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in target industries
-Identify and qualify new business opportunities for Specified product and solution.
-Develop and execute China-specific go-to-market strategies for new products and solutions.
2.Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in China, including OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and procurement teams.
-Act as a technical and commercial liaison between Chinese customers and internal R&D/manufacturing teams.
-Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes.
3.Sales Growth & Revenue Targets
-Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving new customer acquisitions and expanding existing accounts in China.
-Collaborate with sales teams to develop customized solutions for high-growth segments (e.g., AI servers, EVs, smart devices).
-Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to optimize profitability in the Chinese market.
4.Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Work closely with R&D, engineering, and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met in China.
-Coordinate with marketing to develop promotional materials and industry-specific campaigns for the Chinese market.
5.Industry & Product Expertise
-Stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g., flexible electronics, advanced adhesives, thermal management) and industry standards to China.
-Provide technical support and product recommendations to Chinese customers based on application requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
1.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
2.Experience:
-5+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience in China, with a focus on label, overlay, or die-cut materials (EMI/EMC, thermal solutions).
-Proven track record in consumer electronics, automotive, or industrial markets in China.
-Experience working with Chinese OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or contract manufacturers is highly desirable.
3.Skills & Competencies:
-Strong technical understanding of adhesives, polymers, and functional materials.
-Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in Mandarin (fluency required) and English (preferred).
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
