职责

按照采购订单，与不同工厂合作和生产。

按照订单生产时间表跟进生产所有流程，以确保所有的过程符合客户的要求及按时出货。

分析生产过程中出现的问题并提供解决方案。

与买手、供应商、分销商和分析师合作，协商价格、数量和时间表

通过良好的业绩和卓越的品质，***限度地提高客户的兴趣和业务水平。

利润估算/销售和计划预算

监控出货，文件和付款等建设性的客户关系，

与客户及渠道合作伙伴建立良好的关系和渠道并达成交易

Job brief

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to handle all production follow up work to ensure smooth process procurement, good quality output, on time delivery and all customer demand and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Plan and develop merchandising strategies that meets customers’ expectations and company’s objectives.

Work with different factories for buying plan and procurement.

Time table holder to ensure all processes follows customers' requirement on time.

Analyse problems during production and provide solution.

Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales

Maximise customer interest and sales levels by good performance and excellent quality.

Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets

Monitor shipment, documentation and payment, etc

Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

Remain up to date with industry’s best practices

Requirements

Proven working experience in merchandising

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Strong listening, presentation and decision making skills

Commercial acumen and the ability to “decode” customers

BS degree in Marketing or related field
