Your Key Responsibilities
* Continuously applies lean methods of the Schaeffler Production System (SPS)
to improve efficiency and effectiveness for an organizational area assigned,
e.g. a production segment.
* Support the application of lean management standards within the SPS.
* Deploy and train all lean management methods and knowledge, and contribute
to the continuous improvement of the SPS and share best practices.
* Plan and facilitate workshops and summarize the results achieved.
* Report the review status of the SPS implementation status in the own unit.
* Define SPS qualification matrix for each employee and conduct SPS trainings
according to training plan.
* Identify shop floor potential improvement opportunity and lead cost saving
projects.
Your Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or above, major in industrial engineering or mechatronics
etc.
* More than 5 years working experience in lean or industrial engineering, or
related position.
* Strong communication and coordination capability.
* Fluent in oral and written English.
