工艺工程师（装配）

1、 本科以上学历，工业工程、机械电气等相关专业，汽车或机械制造行业5年以上相关工作经验，至少参与过2个完整的产品工艺开发过程。

Bachelor degree or above, major in IE or Mechanical electrical. Over 5 years work experience in automobile or mechanical manufacturing industry, participated at least 2 product industrialization processes completely.

2、 熟悉精益生产相关、PFMEA、防错识别等知识，并具备相应的电气/PLC等电气方面的知识。

Have lean manufacturing, PFMEA, Poka-Yoke knowledge, Knowledge of electrical /PLC, etc.

3、 熟练使用Auto CAD等绘图软件及Office软件。

Skilled use of 3D drawing software such as Auto CAD and Pro-E or Solid work, skilled use of Office

4、 会设备能力分析及工艺过程能力分析，熟悉测量系统分析。

Have CMK and CPK analysis, be familiar with MSA

5、 乐观积极，具有团队合作精神，乐于学习，善于沟通，并勇于承担责任。

Positive thinking, team player, willing to learn and communicate, willing to take responsibilities.

6、 英语应具备基本技术方面沟通能力。

Capability of English communication, at least in technical area.

岗位职责：

1. 负责产品线的前期开发，以及量产产品过程中的问题处理。

Responsible for whole product industrialization process and handling issue during mass production phase.

2. 生产线报价，配合销售争取新业务。

Quotation for assembly line, cooperate with sales for new business

3. 先期工艺流程设计，产线概念设计。

Process design, assembly line design concept

4. 工艺文件编制，如设备技术规范/防错清单/PFC/PFMEA/SOP/CMK/设备参数清单/等等。

Process documentation, equipment specification/Poka-yoke list/PFC/PFMEA/SOP/CMK/Assembly line parameter list etc.

5. 参与产线供应商定点，定点后详细产线及工装的设计评审，设备验收，设备调试及问题点解决，样件制作以及进度跟踪，并形成问题点清单并追踪。

Participate in production line supplier selection, equipment acceptance, line debug and problem solve, sample build and progress tracking, record the issue list and tracking.

6. 量产后，协助生产部做产线的改进，提高生产效率，并需要及时更新标准化文件。

After SOP, support production department to do improvement project, increase productivity. When EC or any change related with process happened, responsible to change the related standard documents.

7. 协助质量部门进行质量问题讨论并协助解决问题点。

Support quality department to discuss the issue and solving.

8. 在项目开发过程中需要主动与联盟公司进行项目方案的讨论，并收集经验教训防止再次发生。

Need to actively with MO company project schemes are discussed in the process of project development, and collect the experience and lessons to prevent from happening again.

9. 负责对产线工艺流程及作业文件的更新。

Be responsible for updating process and document of assembly line.

10. 对产线的日常工艺相关问题进行分析汇总，找出方案进行彻底解决。

Summarize and analyze the daily issue of production line, and find out solution to solve it completely.

11. 定期对员工进行关键工艺岗位及操作要求进行培训。

Periodically training key process station and operation requirements for employees.

12. 不断总结产线的问题点，并形成经验教训，定期与前期工艺进行检讨，并将经验教训应用到新项目开发中。

Continuously summarize issues of production line, make it as lesson learnt and review with advanced IE to avoid same or similar issue to new line.

13. 与其他部门良好沟通，达成客户目标。

Good communication with the other department, support our customer reach the target.

14. 勇于快速，有效的执行部门领导给予的额外的任务。

Fast, effective enforcement department heads to give additional tasks.
