职位描述

负责真空腔室供应商质量管理；In charge for vacuum chamber’s supplier quality management;

熟悉真空腔室生产工艺过程中的质量管控要求，生产工艺包括但不限于：切割，焊接，热处理，机加工，金属表面后处理及真空测试; Be familiar with the quality control requirements for vacuum chamber production process, which including but not limited to cutting, welding, heat treatment, machining, metal surface treatment and vacuum leak test;

与供应商一起对真空腔室产品组织技术交流，生产工艺评估以及检验项目设定；Work with supplier for technical review, production process evaluation and inspection items set up;

负责编制供应商来料相关检验流程文件及标准规范，并确保实际操作与文件一致.Generate the inspection instructions/ standards for incoming inspection, monitor/review the inspection result;

负责供应商的评估及辅导, 促进供应商做持续质量改进；In charge for evaluation suppliers, drive suppliers for continually improve on quality performance;

参与真空腔室新供应商开发与审核；Involve for new supplier validation;

对真空腔室试样件进行验收确认，并跟踪和处理相关的质量问题；In charge for validation the new vacuum chamber samples, follow up and handle for quality performance;

真空腔室品质异常分析处理等职能; Handle for non-conforming items;

能够适应出差；Willingness to travel;

其它指派的工作。Others assigned jobs.

YOUR PROFILE 任职要求

大学本科(含)以上学历，理工科相关专业；Bachelor degree or above, Engineering / mechanical degree;

五年以上机加工件供应商质量管理经验，5 years work experience of supplier quality management in mechanical manufacture field ;

熟悉焊接，机加工工艺及相关表面处理等标准；familiar with welding, machining process and surface treatment standards;

认真负责、沟通能力强；Good communication.

有真空、半导体设备制造经验优先; Experience in vacuum, semiconductor equipment manufacturing is preferred.

有NDT测试经验或证书优先。NDT test experience or certificate is preferred.
