职位描述

Job Description:
1.ERP System Operation and Order Management
Proficiently enter customer orders into the ERP system and issue factory orders, ensuring the accuracy of order information.
Monitor order progress, including raw material procurement, production planning, quality control, and logistics transportation, promptly resolving any issues that arise during order execution.
2.Supplier Development and Evaluation
Actively seek and evaluate potential suppliers based on product demands, ensuring supplier meet the company's quality standards, price requirements, and delivery deadlines.
Regularly communicate with suppliers to understand their production capacity, raw material price fluctuations, and other information, providing a basis for quotation and cost control.
Conduct performance evaluations of existing suppliers and continuously optimize the supply chain structure.
3.New Product Development Tracking and Sample Management
Track the progress of new product development and the completion of samples, arranging sample testing and express delivery to ensure samples are correct and delivered to customers on time.
Closely communicate with foreign teams to ensure that new product packaging materials (such as artworks, labels, etc.) are correct and complete, and accurately convey them to corresponding suppliers and QC teams.
4.Daily Data Statistics and Report Preparation
Responsilbe for daily data statistics and preparation of various reports, updating tasks in real-time and providing feedback to the related buyer.
Qualifications:
1.Foreign Trade Follow-up Experience
Familiarity with international trade processes, including contract signing, export customs clearance, cargo transportation, and insurance, ensuring the compliance and efficiency of export operations.
2.Product Expertise
Understanding of the market dynamics, technological trends, and customer needs of bathroom products, faucets, hardware components , and shower systems, providing professional advice on product selection, recommendations, and customization services.
3.Office Software Skills
Proficient in office software such as EXCEL and PPT, capable of efficiently processing data and preparing reports.
4.Cross-Department Collaboration and Communication
Close collaboration with procurement, quality, logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless intergration of various stages of order execution.
Regularly report order execution status to direct supervisors, propose improvement suggestions, and drive process optimization.
5.Continuous Learning and Improvement
Keep abreast of industry trends, products know -how, and learn the latest supply chain management knowledge, ERP system operation skills, and foreign trade regulations, continuously enhancing personal professional capabilities.
6.Hold a college degree or above, with good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities, capable of fluent international communication.
7.Detail-oriented, responsible, strong in execution, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of teamwork.
8.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, with good time management and stress management skills.
